The exam comes before the plan
Your history, current symptoms and movement are assessed first. If chiropractic care is appropriate, the plan may combine adjustments with clinic services and practical guidance for daily activity or training.
Get urgent care when needed. A suspected fracture, dislocation, concussion, severe swelling or inability to bear weight needs prompt medical evaluation.
Your first visit has three parts.
