Back pain care in Syracuse, Utah

Back pain can begin after one clear event or build gradually through work, training and daily movement. The first step is understanding what changes your symptoms and whether chiropractic care fits your situation.

What to discuss at your visit

  • Pain with bending, lifting, sitting or standing
  • Stiffness after sleep, travel or a long workday
  • A flare-up after training or an unfamiliar movement
  • Symptoms that keep returning despite rest

A focused first visit

Dr. Elmore reviews how the pain started, what makes it better or worse and how it affects your routine. The exam looks at movement, joint function and relevant orthopedic or neurologic findings.

Care matched to the findings

When chiropractic care is appropriate, treatment is tailored to the exam rather than a fixed protocol. Recommendations may include adjustments, supporting clinic therapies and changes to activity while symptoms settle.

Get urgent care when needed. Seek urgent medical care for new bowel or bladder changes, numbness around the groin, progressive leg weakness, fever with back pain or pain after significant trauma.

Your first visit has three parts.
